To Heather, Kerry and families please accept my deepest condolences. Much of my younger life was spent at hockey rinks which is where I first met Don and his always smiling, wonderful wife Heather. Kerr and I played hockey and attended school together from an early age through to high school. I am truly sorry that I only found out about Don today, please accept my apology for not attending in person.

Heather and Family- our sympathy to you all in the loss of Don. I remember fondly all our Hockey "adventures" and the fun times we had touring (especially in Europe) with our boys. I remember Don very fondly as much of my formative years were spent in the Graham household. Don made all of Jeff's rag tag collection friends welcome whether at home or camping in Pakenham. My condolences to Heather and the entire Graham clan.

Salt of the Earth- A term not used so much anymore, but one that throughly describes the man I knew as, Don Graham. He was from the generation of men who had a strong work ethic, strong commitment to family, and because of that enjoyed the simpler, but well earned things in life- a cool beer after a hard days work, a fine piece of wood for building those special gifts in a well equipped workshop, a weekend spent at a local hockey tournament or a sing-a-long by the campfire. He has left this legacy to his beautiful family who I know will miss him dearly. You are in my thoughts and prayers, Heather, Jeff, Shelley, Greg, Kerr and families.

Dear Heather, Greg, Jeff, Shelley, Kerry & Family, I'm so very sorry to hear the news tonight. I have more happy & fun memories than I could write. We always begged my mom & dad to stop at your house every time we drove through Arnprior to the cottage. All the Rock Lake camping trips with the bears - so many good times. One of the last times I saw your Dad was at my Dad's visitation. I remember chatting with Don and introducing him to a friend of mine and saying I always think of you as an uncle and he made a sweet comment about liking the sound of that. Dear Shelley, Joe and Jenika; I have nice memories of meeting Heather and Don over the years. And I am very proud to have one of Don's beautiful picture frames holding a picture of my Emily's graduation at my office. Every time I see it I think 'what an abiding gift - the memory of trees, their beauty and how we can transform them'. Don had many skills that he shared with many! We first met Don about 3 years ago when we moved next door to he and Heather. They were wonderful neighbours and we missed them both when they moved away. Don always seemed to be in good spirits and up for a chat. I know he comes from a big family and I am sure you will all miss him terribly.
