Jackie, We are very saddened by the passing of your sister Cindy, words cannot express our thoughts and prayers that go out to you today. Having gone through family death twice within the last year, we know just how difficult this time can be for you and we would like you to know that we are both there for you should you need someone to talk to, a shoulder to cry on, or just someone to be there for you..Cindy was a very vibrant woman and she has been graced to have you as a sister...take solace in the fact that Cindy is as peace and that God has taken all her pain away. I just heard the news today of Cindy's passing. It took me back to high school and sitting beside her. Always the beautiful one, always the laughing one -- always remembered. My prayers are for Cindy's family and friends, and I am reminded again that life is too short to leave feelings buried, emotions unexpressed, and life not enjoyed... God bless Laurie Slater-Schmuland

Jackie: My sincere condolences and sympathy for your loss of your dear sister Cindy. It has been many years since I saw both of you, but remember a beautiful, happy, always smiling young girl coming to BNS Arnprior to see her sister. May happy memories help you through these difficult days. Doris

I had the great pleasure of knowing Cindy for many many years. She and I were best friends, confidants and each other psychiatrist's for many years. Although after school we drifted apart somewhat, she was always in my thoughts. I had the opportunity to see her just a short time ago just after she was admitted to Ottawa hospital. I held her hand and we talked for a good while and nothing was left unsaid between us ... as it should be. She had it rough there for a while but she will always be loved and remembered by me and all those who knew who her well. She is in a better place now... Love always and forever.. Kevie

Cindy and I were friends through late grade school and early highschool, sharing a lot of great times and laughs together. Although I haven't seen Cindy for many years, I'll always remember the happy times we shared......when I went camping with her and her parents in Peterborough, enjoyed sleepovers with her and our other great friends, how we toured around the town on our bikes and met up with our gang of friends and sat for hours at Wes's Chips, toured around in our cars, etc. There are a lot of happy memories. God Bless you, Cindy.
