BJ my heart goes out to you as you have lost your best friend. You two were joined at the hip. I would run into both of you at Walmart in Kanata and there were always stories. I enjoyed spending time with both you these last 5 years or so getting ready for Halloween. Bruce opened up his heart to me and his home to let me come out and help you out. He was like one big Teddy Bear and was a joy to be around. We adopted 2 of his kittens last summer and this last year we would joke of how his Fozzy Bear and our Duke were so much alike. I am going to miss our chats and laughs when I stop out at the farm to help you out. I know your life will have a huge void with your co-pilot no longer in the passenger seat. You have so many memories of him that you will treasure and you know how much Bruce respected and treasured you as a friend. He will be watching over you and will make sure that you do the chores properly. Sending you hugs as you go through these next few days. xoxo

I am so sorry for the Boese Family. Bruce was a great guy. I will miss seeing him and chatting with him. I last saw him when I was in the Hart Store a few weeks ago. Always a nice smile and a friendly hug. Bruce, will be certainly missed by all of us. Jennifer

So sorry to hear about Bruce's passing. We just cannot believe it, and we will miss him. There was always a laugh to be shared. My best memories of Bruce are from the Derby days. The show couldn't start till Bruce was done the milking and arrived; couldn't start without my chief flagman. Visits to the barn for more derby talk and sharing that fresh glass of milk; moving bleachers; and anything else that was needed Bruce was there to help - and always laughing. The many nights that Brenda and Bruce were behind the bar at the curling club waiting for me to pack up the music equipment to be able to get home.... thanks for the late night laughs and drinks. A great man with a big heart and a contagious laugh. Thinking of you, Bruce. I'll miss running into you around town and sharing a story or joke.
