Patricia Anna Kearney (nee Sumner) September 18, 1932 - August 6, 2008 Passed peacefully at home. Beloved Mom of Paddye (Allan Mann), George (M.J. Pigott), Leslie (Joan Fargey), Colin (Elizabeth), Deborah (Joe Hillier), Liam (Tracy Matthews)and good friend to their father, Derek Kearney (Margaret). Superb Grandma Pat to Graham, Kealy (Matthew Dobry), Daniel, Katie, Derek, Jake, Alexandra, Dylan, Paige, and Thomas. Dear sister of David Sumner. Grandma Pat loved her children, grandchildren, friends, her amazing garden and champion dachshunds. She spent her life building a family and a community. She was an extraordinary friend, a generous baker and a clear thinker. Independent and practical, Grandma Pat was an important part of all her Grandchildren's lives who cherished their many visits with her. They are all the better for her unconditional love, care and devotion. Pat requested that there be no service. Her family will hold a private celebration of her life in the fall and scatter her ashes from a high place in accordance with her wishes. In memory of Pat,help a friend
