Obituary of Murray Foster Vernon

VERNON, Murray (Retired Sr. Constable - Ontario Provincial Police) (Captain - McNab-Braeside Volunteer Fire Dep�t.) Peacefully in hospital at Arnprior on Monday afternoon, March 21st, 2005 following a brief struggle with cancer; Murray Foster Vernon of Arnprior at the age of 63 years. Beloved husband of Mary (Nee Neumann). Loved father of Doug Vernon (Sherry) of Warsaw, Indiana and Cathy Weckwerth (Cory) of Arnprior. Dear son of the late Foster Vernon and the late Doris Benham and son-in-law of Mrs. Rhona Neumann (late Hubert) of Arnprior. Dear brother of Elizabeth Chandler of Nova Scotia, Larry Vernon (Katie) of Hamilton and Bob Vernon of St. Catharines. Cherished "Grandpa� of Alexis and Carter Vernon, Matthew Weckwerth. Friends may join us for visitation at the PILON FAMILY FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL 50 John Street North, Arnprior on Wednesday evening from 7 to 9 p.m., Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and after 1 p.m. Saturday. Funeral Service will be conducted in the Pilon Family Chapel on Saturday afternoon, March 26th at 2 o�clock. Rev. Annette Smith officiating. Interment will follow at the Malloch Road Cemetery.
