THEROS, Mercedes Peacefully in hospital at Arnprior on Sunday morning, November 9th, 2008. Rita Mercedes Theros of Arnprior at the age of 81 years. Dear daughter of the late Charles Kauffeldt and the late Augusta Remus. Beloved wife of the late Roy Theros. Proud and devoted mother of Jeffrey (Yvonne) and Barry (Bev), both of Arnprior. Special mother-in-law of Bernadette Theros of Arnprior. Cherished "Gramma" of Tracy Parlee (Keith) and Josh Theros (Jenn) and "Great-Gramma" of Emily Parlee, Isabella Parlee and Brady Theros. Predeceased by 3 sisters: Janet Kauffeldt, Hilda Hausser and Hazel Phillips as well as 4 brothers: Leslie, Elmer, Ken and Lawrence Kauffeldt. Friends may join us for visitation at the Pilon Family Funeral Home & Chapel, 50 John Street North, Arnprior on Monday from 7 to 9 p.m. and after 12 noon Tuesday. A Service to celebrate Mercedes' life will be conducted in the First Baptist Church, 279 Alicia Street, Arnprior on Tuesday afternoon, November 11th at 1 o'clock. Private interment Malloch Road Cemetery. In memory of Mercedes, a donation made to the Arnprior Hospital "Partners in Caring" campaign or the First Baptist Church would be appreciated by the family.
