Obituary of Stanislaw Daszkowski

DASZKOWSKI, Stan (Retired Kenwood Mills, Arnprior) Peacefully at Carleton Lodge, Ottawa on Sunday morning, January 4th, 2009. Stanley "Stan" Daszkowski of Arnprior at the age of 90 years. Beloved and devoted husband of Mary (Nee Herman). Dear father of George of Port Credit; John of Mississauga; Peter of Cambridge and Helena Prockiw (Chuck) of Barrhaven. Stan is survived by his niece Mary and nephew Michael both of Pakenham and predeceased by 7 brothers and 4 sisters. Friends may join us for visitation at the Pilon Family Funeral Home, 50 John Street North, Arnprior on Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and after 11:30 a.m. Thursday. Mass of Christian Burial will celebrated in St. John Chrysostom Church, Arnprior on Thursday afternoon, January 8th at 1 o'clock. Interment Malloch Road Cemetery. In memory of Stan, a donation made to the Arnprior Hospital "Partners in Caring" Campaign or the St. John Chrysostom Church Memorial Fund would be appreciated by his family. Members of the Knights of Columbus, Council 2082 will assemble at the funeral home for prayers on Wednesday evening at 6:30 p.m.
