Obituary of Mildred Joyce Elliott

ELLIOTT, Joyce "Gone to Fly with the Angels and Dance with the Stars" Peacefully in hospital at Arnprior with family by her side on Wednesday morning, January 21st, 2009. Mildred Joyce Elliott (Nee Moyle) of Arnprior at the age of 76 years. Beloved wife and best friend of Bernard "Bunny" for almost 57 years. Dearly loved mother of Marion Elliott (Paul Kelly) of Renfrew, Donna Munro (Richard) of Ottawa and Karen Elliott of Arnprior. Treasured "Nan" of Adam, Jodi, Trish, Mike and Chris and step-grandmother of Steve and Scott. Predeceased by her brother Lionel (Jean Larocque of Hurst) and her sister, Eileen Davies. Friends may join us for visitation at the Pilon Family Funeral Home, 50 John Street North, Arnprior on Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and after 9:30 a.m. Saturday. A Service to celebrate Joyce's life will be conducted in the Pilon Family Chapel on Saturday morning, January 24th at 11 o'clock. Cremation will follow. Rev. Brian Barr officiating. For those wishing, a donation made to the Arnprior Hospital "Partners in Caring" campaign or the Breast Cancer Society of Canada would be appreciated by Joyce's family.
