Obituary of Dolores Trafford

TRAFFORD, Dolores Peacefully in hospital at Arnprior with family by her side on Monday morning, February 16th, 2009 at the age of 93 years. Beloved wife of the late William "Bill" James Trafford. Dearly loved mother of Margaret Schlievert (John) of Merrickville, Carolyn Townley (Dick) and Linda Smith both of Arnprior. Dolores was a special "Mom" to Linda's husband, Eric. Cherished "Gram" of 13 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren. Predeceased by her daughter, Doreen; her parents, Adelard Riel and Amanda Cote and by all of her siblings. Friends may join us for visitation at the Pilon Family Funeral Home & Chapel, 50 John Street North, Arnprior, on Friday evening 7 to 9 p.m. and after 9:30 a.m. Saturday. A Service to celebrate the life of Dolores will be conducted in the Pilon Family Chapel on Saturday, February 21st at 11 o'clock. Pastor Bruce Donald officiating.
