As I was unable to share my condolences with the family last evening I wanted to pass on my sympathies, thoughts and prayers to all of you today. Roger was a great man and will be missed by all of us. Growing up with all of the boys at the rink, we shared many great times and laughs together. His joy of family and especially his grandchildren in recent years was evident to all of us, certainly at the marina. On behalf of all of the HMCS marina staff "Fair winds and following seas" as your final course is charted my friend. Also, not to worry as your vessel will be well looked after while you all tend to more important family concerns at this time... Your warm smile lit us all up at one time or another and you will always be respecfully and fondly remembered. Kevin Hayes
