Obituary of Charles McCourt

McCOURT, Charles Peacefully at The Grove Nursing Home, Arnprior with family by his side on Sunday morning, June 28th, 2009. Charles Donald McCourt of Arnprior at the age of 75 years. Dear son of the late Thomas McCourt and the late Bertha McEwan. Loved husband of Marie (nee Cleroux). Dearly loved father of Donna Godin (George), Darlene Burnette and Doreen McCourt (Scott Love), all of Arnprior. Treasured grandfather of Shona Marie and Brandi Lee Godin, Lindsey McCourt, August Lee and Ashlyn Love-McCourt and great-grandfather of Hope Amber and Joshua Charles. Dear brother of Boyd McCourt and Hollis Robillard (late Jim) of RR#3 Arnprior. Will be missed by his nieces and nephews. Friends may join us for visitation at the Pilon Family Funeral Home, 50 John Street North, Arnprior on Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and after 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday. A service to celebrate the life of Charlie will be conducted in the Pilon Family Chapel on Tuesday morning, June 30th at 11 o'clock. Interment will follow at White Lake Community Cemetery. In remembrance, a donation made to The Grove Nursing Home would be appreciated by the family.
