Obituary of André Boulanger

BOULANGER, André Peacefully at home surrounded by family on Friday evening, October 21st, 2011. André Sylvio Philios Boulanger of Arnprior in his 81st year. Beloved husband for over 52 years of the late Sophia Poberezetz (June 14, 2008). Dearly loved father of René Boulanger (Pauline) and Ronald Boulanger, both of Arnprior and Sylvia Baptista (Jesse) of Millbury, Ma. Predeceased by an infant son, André Jr. (1961). Proud "Père" of 7 grandchildren: Jennifer, Angela (Nathan), Amie, Christopher, Natasha, DeAnn and Jayson as well as 5 great-grandchildren: Destany, Justin, Lillian, Evelyn and Anne. Dear brother of Gerald Boulanger, Lucille Pelletier, Marie Parent, Yvette Monk, Yolande Sewada, Simone Pelletier, Madeleine Winter, Martha Taylor and Annette Larivière. Predeceased by brothers: René and Johnny Boulanger and a sister, Odette Mitchinson. Family and friends are invited to the Pilon Family Funeral Home & Chapel, 50 John Street North, Arnprior for visitation on Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and again on Tuesday from 10 to 10:45 a.m. A Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated in the Pilon Family Chapel on Tuesday morning, October 25th at 11 o'clock. Cremation will follow with interment at Malloch Road Cemetery later. In memory of André, a donation to CHEO would be appreciated by his family. Legion Tribute Monday evening 6:30 p.m.
