Obituary of Guy Normandeau

NORMANDEAU, Guy Peacefully in hospital at Arnprior while surrounded by loved ones on Wednesday evening, October 21st, 2009. Ferdinand "Guy" Normandeau of Arnprior at the age of 72 years. Dear son of the late Alexander Normandeau and the late Rose Gauthier. Beloved husband of Pearl (nee Smith). Dearly loved father of Walter "Wally" Normandeau (Michelle) of Renfrew, Dorothy "Dot" Notmandeau (John Watkinson) and Laurie Normandeau, both of Arnprior. Cherished grandfather of Brian Proulx, Justin Farrell, Tanner Gunsolus and Shawna-Lee Gunsolus. Dear brother of George Normandeau, Ella Brady, Isabelle Course and Violet Lavigne. Predeceased by 2 sisters: Ida Lavigne and Rose Salter as well as 5 brothers: Phil, Joe, Peter, Hilaire and Marcel Normandeau. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Friends may join us for visitation at the Pilon Family Funeral Home, 50 John Street North, Arnprior on Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and after 10 a.m. Monday. Liturgy of Christian Burial will be celebrated in the Pilon Family Chapel on Monday morning, October 26th at 11 o'clock. Interment Malloch Road Cemetery. For those wishing, a donation made to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by Guy's family.
