Obituary of Henry Hamilton

HAMILTON, Henry Joseph Suddenly in hospital in Ottawa on Tuesday evening, November 10th, 2009. Henry Joseph Hamilton of Arnprior at the age of 78 years. Beloved husband of the late Emelia Sperling. Dearly loved father of Shelley Anne Clack (Nigel) of Salmon Arm, B.C., Nelson Stephen Hamilton (Lori) of Langley, B.C. and Allen Henry Hamilton (Betty) of Nanaimo, B.C. Dear brother of William "Bill" Hamilton (Betty), Donald Hamilton (Shirley) and David Hamilton, all of Ottawa and Maureen Hamilton of Smiths Falls. Predeceased by his sisters: Shirley Hill (Irvin of Ottawa) and Mona Babineau (Norman of Arnprior) as well as his brothers: George "Jock", Norman, Bruce and an infant brother, Gerard. Cherished grandfather of Sarah Amalia Clack, Nathaniel Raymond Clack, Tara Hamilton, Ryan Hamilton, Matthew Hamilton, Jennifer Hamilton and Andrew Hamilton. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Friends may join us for visitation at the Pilon Family Funeral Home, 50 John Street North, Arnprior on Sunday afternoon from 1 p.m. until 2:15 p.m. A Service of remembrance and thanksgiving for the life of Henry Hamilton will be conducted in the Pilon Family Chapel on Sunday afternoon, November 15th at 2:30 p.m. In memoriam, donations made to the Arnprior and District Memorial Hospital "Partners in Caring" campaign would be appreciated by Henry's family.
