Obituary of Thérèse Guénette

GUENETTE, Thérèse Suddenly in hospital at Arnprior on New Year's day, 2010. Marie Thérèse Cécile Guénette of Arnprior at the age of 78 years. Beloved wife of the late Robert Guénette (December 19, 1982). Dearly loved mother of Danielle Pierce (Randy) of Pakenham; Christiane Wilson (Peter) and Joanne Guénette both of Arnprior and Julie Robillard (Bruce) of Stewartville. Cherished and proud "Grandma" of Matt, Brett, Bridgette, Sean, Erin, Ryan, Caitlin, Kayla and Branden. Dear sister of Claudette Lajoie, Murielle Lajoie, Lise Lamirande, Ghislaine Lanthier, Monique Lajoie, Yvon Lajoie (Jeannine) and Guy Lajoie (Denise), all of Gatineau. Predeceased by 4 brothers: Rolland, Maurice, Albert and Fernand as well as 2 sisters: Collette and Carmen. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Friends may join us for visitation at the Pilon Family Funeral Home, 50 John Street North, Arnprior on Tuesday from 1 p.m. until 3:45 p.m. A Liturgy of Christian Burial will be celebrated in the Pilon Family Chapel on Tuesday afternoon, January 5th, 2010 at 4 o'clock. Father Joe MacLean officiating. Cremation will follow with interment at Notre Dame Cemetery, Gatineau. For those wishing, a donation made to the Arnprior Hospital "Partners in Caring" campaign would be appreciated by the family.
