To Carmen's Family; Please accept our most sincere condolences on Carmen's passing. I was fortunate to get to know Carmen through our agency providing Carmen with transportation services for years while she lived in Arnprior. Carmen was a very special lady who brought joy and laughter to all she met and greeted each day with a confident smile and a wonderful sense of humor.
