Obituary of Edmund Lascelle

LASCELLE, Ed Suddenly at home on Saturday morning, February 27th, 2010. Edmund Gordon Lascelle of Arnprior at the age of 73 years. Beloved husband and best friend for almost 54 years of Madeleine (Nee Muldoon). Dearly loved father of Terry (Lorraine) and Kirby (Marjorie), both of Arnprior. Predeceased by a son, Michael (February 27th, 1992). Cherished and proud "Poppy" of Erin (Jason Robertson), Lindsay (Bruce Bergeron), Brin, Joshua and Dana. Dear brother of Don (Patricia), Leo (Doreen), Shirley Rice (late Harry), Ramona McKerracher (late Charlie Duncan) and Joan Byrd (Richard). Predeceased by 4 sisters: Josephine Schultz (late Ken), Marion Dooley (late Merle), Mabel Beaudoin (late Donat) and Marilyn Lascelle. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Friends may join us for visitation at the Pilon Family Funeral Home, 50 John Street North, Arnprior on Monday evening from 6 until 9 p.m. and again on Tuesday from 9:30 a.m. until 10:15 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in St. John Chrysostom Church on Tuesday morning, March 2nd at 11 o'clock. Interment Malloch Road Cemetery. In memoriam, donations made to the Arnprior, Braeside and McNab "Seniors at Home" Program would be appreciated by Ed's family.
