Obituary of Gaetanne Grandmaison

GRANDMAISON, Gaëtanne Lilianne "Gaye" Peacefully as she lived with grace and dignity while surrounded by the love of her family, Gaëtanne passed away at the Arnprior Hospital on Wednesday morning, March 3rd, 2010 at the age of 66 years. Dear daughter of Fernande Hunt (late William) of London, Ontario. Predeceased by her father, Maurice Quesnel as well as her step-father, Richard Guérin. Beloved wife, partner and best friend for over 44 years of Marcel. Adored and devoted mother of Devon Niko of Kanata and Nathalie Farmer (Neil) of Arnprior. Cherished and proud "Grandmaman" of Vanessa, Jack and Alexa Farmer. Dear sister of Ronald Quesnel (Denise) of Brampton, René Quesnel (Lois) of London and Jeanne Hewlett (Rex) of Milton. Friends may join us for visitation at the Pilon Family Funeral Home, 50 John Street North, Arnprior on Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and after 9:30 a.m. Monday. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in St. John Chrysostom Church, Arnprior on Monday morning, March 8th at 11 o'clock. Interment Malloch Road Cemetery. A reception will follow at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Parish, Braeside. In memory of Gaye, a donation made to the "Palliative Care Unit" of the Arnprior Hospital or the "Bell Tower Fund" of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Parish, Braeside would be appreciated by her family.
