My condolences to Ricky's family. Although I have not been in touch for years, I have good memories of our visits in Saskatoon. Ricky was always the older, cool cousin. From: Rick's cousin Jim Hook - Cincinnati, Ohio - son of Phyllis and Bill Hook of Edmonton.
