Obituary of Derek Moon

MOON, Derek Peacefully in hospital, Arnprior on Saturday morning, July 17th, 2010. Derek Moon of Braeside at the age of 81 years. Beloved husband of Dawn (Nee Moore). Loved father of David Moon (and his wife Leslie) of Arnprior and Daniel Moon of Almonte. Predeceased by his only sister, Josephine Neville. Relatives and friends are invited to the Pilon Family Funeral Home, 50 John Street North, Arnprior on Thursday evening from 7 to 9 p.m. and again on Friday morning from 10 until 10:45 a.m. A Funeral Service will be conducted in the Pilon Family Chapel on Friday morning, July 23rd at 11 o'clock. Rev. Heather Moore officiating. Cremation will follow. In memory of Derek, a donation made to the University of Ottawa Heart Institute would be appreciated by the family.
