My deepest condolences to Nancy and the family. It's been a long time since I moved from Ottawa to Texas but I always will remember the fun I had playing in the band with Harold, Charlie and Pat, and time spent in the store in Braeside talking to Harold's dad. I always can recall Harold's zest for life back in those days and that he always saw the bright side of things.

My condolences Nancy, Sam and Thomas Harold will be greatly missed by many people. Every time i came over to the house Harold would somehow put a big smile on my face within two min of being there. Also a very wise man, i remember the day he helped me figure out what was wrong with my jeep, he took it out for a little test run - came back to tell me with a big smile he had fun driving my jeep. He was so kind.

Nancy, I am saddened to hear of the passing of Harold. Greg informed me yesterday. I have fond memories of getting together with the "band" group and watching the "boys" play at clubs. I remember always enjoying the usual "stop" on the way to the cottage at the Leitch's grocery store and taking a few moments to chat with Mr and Mrs Leitch with the occasional spotting of Harold while there. Harold will always be remembered as a gentle man. His kindness to others was boundless and unending.
