It is with profound sadness that we announce the accidental passing of our beloved husband, father, grandfather and friend, Jamie Church of Braeside. Mourning his passing are his wife, Kathy (nee Pountney); his daughters, Katlin (Jonathan Shields) and Jennifer Church; grandchildren, Noah, Shane, Skye and Aria; his father, Jack Church (Mary); brothers: Paul and Robyn; sister, Lisa Church (Brian Shirk) and stepsisters, Leslie Michaud (Michael) and Kristi Martin. Jamie was predeceased by his mother, Rita. Private family arrangements have been entrusted to the care of the Pilon Family Home and Chapel Ltd., 50 John Street North, Arnprior.
