So very sorry to learn of Patrick’s passing. I met him only a few times while out for a walk and was amazed at his kindness, energy and love for Calabogie and his dog.

We met Patrick and Cali May 24 weekend. He had his truck stuck (before he got the gravel).After helping him, he and Cali came for a drink and dinner. He talked about his upcoming trip to England, and we looked forward to visiting again. Our deepest condolences. In his short time here in Calabogie, he made friends, and was extremely excited to be here! Thinking of you all at this difficult time

Lynne, Christine & Makayla We had the pleasure of enjoying a hot sunny afternoon on the boat with Patrick & Cathy at the cottage a few years ago. Patrick was a great water skier easily skimming & cutting through the waves - pure Poetry in Motion. His shy smile was natural & becoming in the sweetest way…if there is water & skis in Heaven Patrick will be there enjoying the sunshine & waves. RiP Dear Patrick ❤️

I met Patrick just 2 times while out for a walk. We talked about his plans to build his new home and our dogs played in the bush. I noticed his iron ring and we spoke about his love of his profession and engineers. He will be missed on Kennedy Rd by everyone he made such brief friends with. Margaret Solar.

I feel very fortunate to have met Patrick through our "family" indoor soccer we played in a few years ago. He was a very friendly, confident lad and was well liked by everyone there. His father played on the same team as Patrick and there was a sense that he was a real chip off the old block and just as tough to play against.
We would like to pass on our deepest sympathy to the family for such a tragic loss.

Such a beautiful spirit. We only met Patrick briefly but in that conversation he spoke of how excited he was that he and his pup had found a place to build a home out in nature. His excitement and joy was beautiful to witness. Rest in peace Patrick!!

I have had the privilege of knowing Patrick since he was born. He was a shy & polite boy who grew into a warm and intelligent young man. He loved his family dearly and was very close to his sisters. Animals can tell if you’re a good person and they seemed to navigate to him naturally. We thoroughly enjoyed his company and we will miss his warmth and humor. RIP
