Obituary of Stanley Hunter

At The Ottawa Hospital, Civic Campus while surrounded by his loving family on Tuesday evening, September 3rd, 2013. Stanley Richard Hunter of Arnprior; formerly of Goshen Road, Renfrew at the age of 84 years. Beloved husband for over 59 years of Sheila (nee Donnelly). Dearly loved father of Wendy Fraser (Bruce) of White Lake; Hugh (Ruth) of Renfrew; Ann Sybiraj (John) of Arnprior and Lynn Jordan (Jerry) of Kanata. Proud "Grandpa" of Alan Sybiraj (April), Patrick Jordan and Erin Fraser. Predeceased by a grandson, Michael; a granddaughter Jessica as well as 3 brothers: Fred (late Denise), Lloyd (late Alice) and Jack (late Ann). Fondly remembered by many extended family members and friends. Family and friends are invited to pay their respects at the Pilon Family Funeral Home and Chapel Ltd., 50 John Street North, Arnprior on Friday evening from 7 to 9 p.m. and again on Saturday morning from 9:45 until 10:45. A Service to honour and remember the life of Stan Hunter will be conducted in the Pilon Family Chapel on Saturday morning, September 7th at 11 o'clock. Cremation to follow. In memory of Stan, a donation to the Arnprior Hospital "Partners in Caring" Foundation or CNIB would be appreciated by his family.
