To all those who knew and loved my Aunt Wanda, my condolences go out to you. I am her ruddy nephew. When my boys would be in a nearby hockey tournament, when they were young, we would stop by for a wee visit. When Uncle Don passed, I would venture to Brockville and Aunt Wanda and I would go for lunch, then coffee in Prescott. We became local tourists, driving all over, checking out the sites and the gardens. We would exchange plants for our gardens and I would often call to chat about all that. Even when her health was failing, I would call her from my gardens to talk about 'our' plants. And in winter we talked about my cooking and the spurtle I gave her! I will miss her VERY,VERY much as I'm sure many of you will too. But she's with her Don, as she would say, and that is all that matters now.
