Obituary of David Gagné

GAGNÉ, David After a short but courageous battle with cancer, Dave made his final journey to be with God on Sunday morning, May 25th, 2008. Dave has joined his loving mother and father, Ted and Lina Gagné and his only brother, Donald. Dave leaves behind his best friend and ever loving companion, Patricia (Nee Martin); his two phenomenal sons: Jeffrey and Chris (and his wife Jessica); a granddaughter to be, Kaylee as well as his sister Suzanne Ethridge (Paul) of Montreal. Dave also leaves his mother and father in law: Hazel and Lou Martin of Arnprior and many brothers and sisters-in-law; nieces and nephews; great-nieces and great-nephews. Dave had a heart of gold and a smile for everyone. He was a true blessing of God and his heart and spirit will go on living in us for eternity. Friends may join us for visitation at the Pilon Family Funeral Home & Chapel, 50 John Street North, Arnprior on Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and after 12:30 p.m. Wednesday. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in St. John Chrysostom Church, Arnprior on Wednesday afternoon, May 28th at 2 o'clock. Interment will follow at the Malloch Road Cemetery in Arnprior. In memory of Dave, a donation made to the Ottawa Hospital-Civic Campus or the Elisabeth Bruyere Health Centre would be appreciated by his family. May his love and smile live on forever.
