Maria, you are at the top of my list of most amazing people I have ever known. Never was it for you, to turn away the stray, to refuse to feed the hungry, to scorn the needy. It was for you to spread your angelic wings, gather all beneath them, then eat, drink, and be merry. It was for me to march to the order "Go down the street and get that hell of a bottle". Rest in peace forever Maria, Always I shall remember you.

I'm sorry to hear of your mother Maria's passing. She was a woman with a golden heart and I thought of her kindness over the years although hadn't seen her for many of those years. I just heard today after the burial or I'd have come to town. I am still Ottawa. Tony, if you see this why not drop me an e-mail?
