Obituary of Mary Munro

MUNRO, Eleanor Peacefully at Garden Terrace, Kanata on Wednesday afternoon, May 26th, 2010. Mary Eleanor Munro of RR#2, Woodlawn at the age of 92 years. Dear daughter of the late Martin Orme and the late Estella Collinson. Beloved and devoted wife for almost 67 years of Donald. Dearly loved mother of Judy Wall (David) and Bruce Munro (Mary), both of RR#2, Woodlawn and Colin Munro (Leah) of Fort Simpson, NWT. Cherished and proud "Nanny" of Andrea, Leanne, Andrew, Craig, Sarah, Kellie, Carrie, Blair, Taylor, Connor, Alicia, Alex and Michael. Predeceased by her only sister, Jean Orme and her 2 brothers: Colin "Coddy" Orme (Mildred of Carleton Place) and Martin Orme. Friends may join us for visitation at the Pilon Family Funeral Home, 50 John Street North, Arnprior on Saturday, May 29th from 11 a.m. until time of Funeral Service to be conducted in the Pilon Family Chapel at 2 o'clock. A reception will immediately follow the service with interment at Whyte's Cemetery, Fitzroy Harbour afterward. For those wishing, a donation made to the Alzheimer Society would be appreciated by the family.
