Dear Diane, Rob, Rebecca and Christine. Joe, Sid and I are incredibly saddened by this news. I am in shock. I know you must be too. We are thinking about all of you and will be there for you in any way you need us to be. Please never hesitate to ask us for an ear, a shoulder, a meal, child care, a drink. Whatever. Rob, Christine and Rebecca- I lost my dad suddenly, in his sleep, when I was 28 and he was 68. I have some sense of what you're feeling and going through right now. It's devastating. I still miss him dearly and think about him daily 15 years later. The pain goes away, the love forever remains. Much love to you all.
