Dear Diane,
I was so heartbroken to read the obituary in the paper and learn that Chris has tragically been taken from you.
Memories of Chris, Melissa and you, their devoted mom, from the early years at Alexander Reid came flooding back; Chris dashing out for recess with the striking head of blonde hair, and his huge engaging smile ! You were such a caring mother who was such a positive and appreciative parent in the school community, and were always there to help out and support Chris in any way that you could. I'm so sorry to hear that his young companion Karyn has lost her dear partner in Chris, and that his son Ryder will know only the memories that will be shared by the family. For you Diane, I'm so happy that you have this grandson to carry on Chris's legacy and Ryder will be so fortunate to have such a loving and devoted grandmother.
