At home, Ottawa on Friday, July 8th, 2016. Dear son of Edward Francis and the late Florence Francis (nee Forbes) (July 4, 2016). James is survived by his sister, Sandra Scobie (Robert) of Arnprior and his 2 nephews: Cameron and Craig Scobie. He was interred along with his mother at the Albert Street Cemetery, Arnprior on Friday, July 15th, 2016.
