On behalf of St. Thomas the Apostle School I extend our sympathy to the family. We are thankful to Linda for being a supportive and loving Grandma, and support to our school. Linda accompanied her grandchildren and their classmates on school excursions, helped keep our children 'safe', and she attended school functions. We are grateful for the love and support of "Grandma" as she was gentle and kind with all the 'little ones' she helped over the years. Our prayers are with her family.

Feel fortunate I did get to know her and had the chance to see her while she was in hospital. My thoughts and prayers are with the family during this difficult time.

I've known Linda since she began working at CADTH, and I instantly enjoyed starting and ending my work days with her smile and kindness. We chatted often, and I came to admire the authentic, good soul that she is. I can understand how difficult her passing must be, and I hope my words can help you find some peace and ease -- Linda is clearly much loved and admired.

Jason, Laura, Dave, Murray & Dale as well as your extended families, please accept our most heartfelt condolences for your loss. Linda's smile will be missed by all. Having spent the biggest part of my youth at Nanny's and around your parents store on Edward St., I got to spend some quality time around Linda. She was a positive person with an upbeat personality. We need more people like her in this world. RIP Linda, you will once again be able to spend time with those that went ahead of you.

I will greatly miss Linda's warm smile. Her smile made one feel welcome and unafraid. Any brief chat with Linda left me stepping lighter, feeling happy inside, and with a smile on my face. Linda had a rare skill to make someone feel valued and welcome, with just a twinkle of the eye and a smile. At CADTH, we will greatly miss her.

My deepest sympathy and prayers for all Linda's family. I played ball with Linda years ago. The seventies and eighties were the days when Liz Wall brought us all together for so many community fundraiser events and so many softball games and tournaments and so many dances at the Community Center and fair grounds and then the Abba Diamonds. I have so many great memories of Linda. We had so much fun with her. She was such an awesome individual and friend who like her parents, was always so involved in her community and so caring of others needs. There's a giant hole in my heart tonight knowing that Linda has left us but I must believe that she is in peace now and away from suffering.
Linda had been hoping for a Dell reunion over the past few years...I'm quite certain she will get that wish this coming week.

I am very saddened to hear about Linda's passing. I didn't know that she was ill and my heart goes out to all of you.
Linda was a big part of my life when we both lived on Bell Street in Arnprior. We shared many fond memories from being neighbours when Jason and Laura were just babies, to playing ball with and against each other, and together shared in a dream, which also included her Dad and a few others, as we worked towards that dream; to make a lighted ball diamond a reality in Arnprior - now known as the AABA. Diamonds at McLean Park.
Our last conversation, 2009 during an accidental meeting at East Side Mario's in Kanata. We shared with those around us and laughed at some of those past adventures on and off the ball field.
She will be missed by many but mostly by her family, extended family and friends.
Linda was a beautiful person both inside and out. Keep her memories close as they will be your comfort in the days and years to come.
Rest in peace Linda XXX.
