I first met Brian in 1995. We worked together for more than 20 years to promote and improve truck safety on our nation's highways. Brian was of course always professional, but he was more than that. Brian was warm to his colleagues, always friendly and jovial. He cared deeply about safety and worked hard to promote it. Brian was always there to help and he gave a lot to the cause and to his colleague committee members. I will miss you Brian as will your many colleagues across Canada.
