Donna, Wendy, and Harold - I'm so sorry to hear about Aunt Lorna's passing. Nick and I were so lucky to have the best great aunt of all time. We always looked forward to trips to the house in Arnprior. I have lots of great memories of playing with the dollhouse with Nick, and trips into the attic with Aunt Lorna to find treasures.
She also pulled off an amazing surprise trip for me to visit Nana and Papa in Florida, and looking back, I realize how generous that was and how hard she must have worked to keep it a secret. She bought me a doll that talked, and I think she must have been a saint to put up with me as I wore out the voicebox on that thing.
She was my favourite travel companion and meant a lot to our family. She was funny, kind, and I hope to be even half as brave and adventurous as she was. Lots of love to you all in this difficult time.
