Condolences to Jeff and family. I grew up across the street on Third Avenue, form the Jocque family. I have many fond memories of Wally, always a kind word to see how you were doing no matter how busy he was. As a teenager I helped with grocery delivery from Verch's grocer where Wally used to share the odd quip and joke just to see how I would react, usually to his delight . Jeff Brown

It is sad and hard that we have to say goodbye to a great man and friend that we spent so much time with, and his family through the years, watching the kids grow and many a good meal, fillet-minion and eggs on a Sunday morning, and the frog legs that were cooked to perfection in the big black iron frying pan over the camp fire outside, we Love You Wally until we meet again !!!
