Obituary of David Mitchell

With great sadness we announce that David passed away peacefully in the comfort of his home while surrounded by loved ones at 11:11 p.m. on Tuesday, June 12^th, 2018. He was 68. Beloved husband and partner for over 30 years of Carol Carter. Dearly loved father of Tracy Hill (Ash) and Matthew Mitchell (Leslie Jewell) and stepdad of Laura Tromp (Chris) and Tina Bailey. Proud grandfather of Caden, Carter, Evan and Owen. Dear brother of Lannie Mitchell (John), the late Stephen Mitchell (Kathryn) and Holly Mitchell (Bill) and uncle of Christine, Suzanne, Drew, Robyn, Simon and Chelsea. Special cousin of Jane Tunney. Son of the late Gifford and Phyllis (nee Rogers) Mitchell. Friends were invited to join the family during visitation at the Pilon Family Funeral Home and Chapel Ltd., 50 John Street North, Arnprior on Wednesday, July 18th from 9:30 until 10:50 a.m. A Tribute to David followed in the Pilon Family Chapel commencing at 11:11 a.m. Inurnment, Albert Street Columbarium, Arnprior.
