We're sorry to learn of Alvin's passing. Rose is still running; and whenever she gets near Alvin's ranch she yodels to see him. He was a kind neighbour. Have a care.

To Alvin's family we send our condolences. Alvin was a great neighbour. I remember his freezer of freezies that our boys enjoyed on many occasions. He was my bicycle mechanic for our boys the years Brian was on the road. And in later years a perfect spot for a Saturday chat and a drink when I needed a break from the chore list. I think he is sitting in a comfy chair in a garage with the door open with his beloved King Charles doggies not far away.
As young girls Leigh & I used to walk to Uncle Alvin's from Pakenham and play in the barn with Kevin & Deb! So much fun seeing all of Alvin's farm animals ,such wonderful memories.Thinking of you all at this sad time.

Sorry to hear the news of Alvin s passing. He was a wonderful neighbour and friend. We enjoyed many stories and jokes and laughter while sitting in his garage and the odd beer was consumed as well. He couldn't wait for the playoff hockey game pranks played on one another...he always turned our Sens sign on the lawn from GO SENS GO to GONE SENS GONE and he would add a golf club.
