Obituary of James Brent Colton

Following a lengthy and courageous journey through cancer, our beloved James passed away quite unexpectedly at his farm on Friday, April 19, 2019. He was 58. Dear son of Jim (Cindy FitzPatrick) and the late Cecile (nee Bond) Colton. Cherished and much loved Dad of Sherry Lamorie (Jason) and step-father of Amanda Lackey (Josh Tremblay) and Ryan Lackey (Stephanie). Proud “Grandpa” of Kayla Munro, Mackenzie, August and Mason Lackey. Dear brother of Debbie Beirnes (Stuart), Peter (Lucy), Paula Greer (John), Kevin (Sue), Scott (Debbie) and Sean. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. James’ final care has been entrusted to the Pilon Family Funeral Home and Chapel Ltd., 50 John Street North, Arnprior where visitation took place on Wednesday evening, April 24, 2019 from 6 to 7:40 p.m. A Tribute to James followed in the Pilon Family Chapel at 8 o’clock.
