My thoughts & prayers for the entire Turton family. I am thankful to have known Mr. & Mrs. Turton and cherish the time my brothers and I spent at their cottage. They showed unconditional love & kindness. Such beautiful people. We hold onto these memories for a lifetime. May your memories help you during this time.
Irene was one of the Meals on Wheels coordinators, when I worked at the hospital. We shared many stories and she was a wonderful lady. Thinking of the Turton family at this time of loss.

I have many happy memories of times spent with Irene and your family.
At work she was always referred to as Mother because of all the telephone calls regarding her family.
I was saddened to hear that your Mother passed away. My thoughts are with you and your family. I am holding you close in my thoughts and hoping you are doing ok.
I remember the visits to Arnprior and the cottage and the joy that Aunt Irene brought to everyone, I remember one time while visiting in Arnprior that she pulled me down to the garden at the back of the house to pull weeds, it was a time that I enjoyed helping out, and she was always in the kitchen cooking something.
She will be missed, I was so fortunate to have time to spend with her a few months ago.
You will always be in my heart Aunt Irene, thank you for the joy you brought into my life.

My sincere condolences to the family. Irene and I car pooled together in the early 80’s to our jobs at Ottawa Civic Hospital from Arnprior. Many chats on our drives. My sincere sympathies to the family.
