Jane, Chad and Family,
When we moved back here 3 years ago, we were so privileged to have Terry as our mailman. He was the most genuine and welcoming person we met. He always had time to chat or send a wave passing us on our street. He became our neighbor, not just a mailman. Fergie (our little monkey in a puppy suit) loved him and watched for him every day. All the best to his family in this sad time, but also many hugs in knowing that we were so privileged that he touched so many lives on Poole Street. Heaven needed a smile.

My heart is broken for Terry’s wife, Son and all of the Families.
Terry was our mail carrier and it was always such a joy when he arrived every day with the mail even if it was just junk mail. He always came up the step with a hi, a big smile and a very contagious loud laugh.
When Glen had his heart transplant unknown to me he even shovelled off our garage roof. Many times he would grab the shovel and do the walkway.
We will miss him very much.

Dear Maurice and entire Martin Families,
As a Driver for Seniors at Home, it didn't matter where I passed him on the road, Terry would give me a wave and big smile. We didn't really know each other well, just our names but we always exchanged that wonderful greeting. What does it do to someone to receive this kind gesture. Well, for me, it made me smile and gave me that warm feeling inside that I was noticed and appreciated in some little way. I could tell that this was a kind, fun loving gentleman. I know his Dad and he is the same way. Kind, with a nice big wave and kind word. I know that is how Terry treated the whole community, with kindness and a smile as he did his daily deliveries. He made everyone feel special. Thank you Terry for that! I know he was so much more than that, to his family and friends. Many people I talked to this weekend felt the same way, said the same nice things about about him. He will truly be missed in this Community and to all his family and friends. So sorry for your great loss.
