Obituary of Peter Egan

With great sadness we announce that Peter passed away very peacefully and surrounded by loved ones on Friday afternoon, December 13, 2019; Peter Joseph Egan of Arnprior was 64 years of age. Dear son of Laura and the late Gerald Egan of Arnprior. Beloved husband and longtime companion of Carol Simpson. Dear brother of Arthur, Joey and Barry Egan, all of Arnprior.  Dear uncle of Byran  Egan, Mikey Egan (Candace), Ella Egan and Justin Egan. Fondly remembered  by Carol’s children: Jamie Fortin (Cassandra), Sherry Fortin (Chad Simpson) and their children Tristan Fortin, Owen, Hayden and Darren Simpson. Also survived by his aunts, uncles, cousins and co-workers at Shouldice Construction. Peter’s final care has been entrusted to the Pilon Family Funeral Home and Chapel Ltd., 50 John Street North, Arnprior where visitation was held on Tuesday evening, December 17^th from 7 to 9 p.m. and again on Wednesday morning, December 18^th from 10 to 10:45 a.m. A Funeral Liturgy followed in the Pilon Family Chapel on Wednesday morning at 11 o’clock. Interment Malloch Road Cemetery, Arnprior at a later date. In memory of Peter, please consider a donation to the Canadian Lung Association or the Arnprior Regional Health Foundation.
