I wish to correct an error in my condolence that I said I walked with Sheila at Leacock when in fact it was at Island View. I also had meals with her and enjoyed her company..

We will be remembering Sheila and her family in our prayers at Pusey House, Oxford. She was a great encouragement and friend at St George's Round Church, Halifax, and a wonderful colleague in ministry as a church warden. With fond memories of Barrie and of Sheila. George Westhaver

Paul so sorry to hear of your mothers passing. She was a lady first-most and an inviting hostess whom always made you welcome. Enjoyed Barry and Sheila (and dogs) visits to Cape Breton and in return to Halifax. hope you were able to get home

I feel honored to be a niece to this wonderful lady. Living on different continents, I did not see Sheila very often but I do recall what an energetic person she was and her great strength of character. How entertaining her conversations were and how much she enjoyed the art of conversation. My condolences to my cousins Paul, Ann and Sarah. Sheila will be greatly missed.

I remember one Christmas, while you lived in Sydney - we flew to Halifax and had a wonderful drive up with Barrie, Sheila and a goofy wonderful dog they had at the time. We had never spent any time together, but both your parents treated us like old friends. It was a drive we'll never forget.
