Vera and I lost touch over the years, but we were friends for a long time. I will never forget our many laughs over coffee, the board games we played (namely Scrabble), and shopping for good deals. We had a lot of fun and I miss her. My deepest condolences to the family.

Every time you came in Big smiles and laughter. Hey girl is the tea ready. You loved your tea with cream and I did not. One day not long after I heard you left us. I was making tea and accidentally put cream in it. Looked to the sky and said "this one for you Vera" and drank my tea with you I'm sure. Until we hang out again.

I first met Vera at her friend Barb's house. We became friends right away and I remember our girl's day gatherings where we laughed and gossiped and had wonderful times. Vera was a, one of a kind woman, who brought smiles to everyone she met. I will miss her and think of her often and I'm grateful to have shared the good times we had. Heaven has gained a wonderful angel. Like the butterfly I leave in her memory, she was so beautiful and wonderful to share a moment with, leaving us much too soon.

It is hard to believe you have gone from us Vera, I can still hear your laugh while you were doing 2 client's hair in our building. Everywhere you were you were happy and had the most infectious laugh.
