Dear Roxanne,
So sorry to read that your mum has passed away and at such a terrible time, when you need people around you and lots of comforting hugs. To all Carol's family,
I am so sorry for your loss. Carol always treated me with love and respect. She had a great way of complimenting people. She made a point of telling you when you did good. You could see the pride in her eyes.
When I wrote my book, although it had been years since we'd talked, she called me to tell me how much she enjoyed it. She said to me, "I always said, if that girl puts her mind to something, there's nothing she can't do." I will never forget those words. She gave me strength and confidence when I needed it. It really meant a lot to me.

I can remember when our families lived on Wilfred Crescent Blake and Robbie ran away together up north somewhere. And my mom and Caroline drove to get them when the police in that area called and said they found them. hehehehe needless to say that was jut one of many grey hairs those boys caused both those beautiful women.
