Donna and girls: I was so saddened to hear about Grant’s passing. He was a gentle, caring man and the love he had for his wife and daughters was always so apparent. When he spoke about his girls (including Donna lol) his smile became bigger and his heart larger. Dad always loved to see him coming and they would hanker down and have a great visit and a few good laughs. Dad had such respect for Grant, he stood 10 feet tall in dad’s eyes. He was a wonderful neighbour, always willing to lend a hand. Grant was always welcomed in our family home and made his way into all of our hearts. I’m so sorry this was so sudden and with no warning. Donna and family- We are so deeply saddened to hear the news of Grant’s passing. He was always one to make us feel safe- telling us who had been in the driveway while we were out, checking in when Curtis was hunting. We enjoyed the veggies and the occasional treat (the row of eaten Viva Puff cookies he would drop off here before heading home). Looking out our picture window to see him on the tractor from dawn to dusk. The list could go on and on. He was truly appreciated and he has forever made impression in our hearts.
