My deepest condolences to Barbara and Kevin and extended families. I remember Gerry coming to the farm in the 60's and making us laugh so hard with his endless stories and jokes. I will always remember that he thought that pound per pound that Jimmy Gagney was the toughest actor in Hollywood and could kick all the other actors butts,,,,and he was serious about it

So sad to have lost a great uncle and great man. Someone who was caring and funny. Growing up all I have our great memories of him. Our family Christmas parties wouldn't of been the same without him there. I remember we went to the Rideau canal. I was scared so he held my hand tight so I wouldn't fall in the water. Also when I was traveling the country. I was in northern Ontario. He called to make sure I was ok. I will never forget that. Although he is gone we are lucky to have all these great memories of him and know that he is looking down on us with a smile giving us the strength to carry on. Love Jeff.

Sending my Sincere Deepest Condolences to Barbara & Kevin & Family & Friends.
GERRY was one of a kind. He had a Heart of Gold. He cared deeply for his family, He was a good husband and a good father. If you were a friend , you were a friend for life. He always had a joke to tell you, or some gadgets to show you.. He loved his scratch tickets and his Timmies coffee.
You will be missed. RIP Gerry

My deepest condolences to Kevin and his mom. I remember fondly the antics of Kevin's "crazy" dad when we were kids, including Kevin's hilarious story about how he got all sorts of amazing photos of the professional wrestlers when they came to town only to realize afterward that his dad hadn't loaded the film into the camera properly. A life well-lived is one where you leave an impression on someone even from the smallest things.
