My heartfelt condolences to Sharon, Timmy, and all extended family.
What a beautiful service in Mary's honour. Thank you for sharing all your loving memories.
I had the pleasure to meet this family when we bought our first home in Braeside, and we carry fond memories of each and everyone of you.
Mary was one of the first to welcome us to the village and of course with freshly picked garden vegetables in hand. She had a heart of gold, and always tried to feed you. Let me tell you, she was an amazing cook!
Even after we moved, we would stop in to visit with Mary. We'd plan on maybe an hour and would end up being a three hour visit.
Gerald never failed, everytime my daughter would go outside to play, he would break out in song "Amanda, light of my life". Bless his heart.
Little did I know that my favorite bank teller would be the daughter of this sweet soul.
We had tried to no avail to try and teach our daughter how to ride a bike. Epic fail lol. Yet, Sharon said to me- "let me try" here she ran up and down the back street and within an hour, Amanda was riding on her own.
I'll never forget Timmy, we were having a garage sale, and yep you guessed it, the Beaudoin's were the first to show up to support it. Amanda was so excited, as she had her own little toy table. Timmy bought a Barbie, (for more than she was asking in price). My little girl was over the moon!
...and of course we can't forget Joey.
Joey also had a heart of gold and loved to spoil the kids with treats. Didn't matter if we were going out and that she was in her fancy dress, he'd wave us over and quickly give her an ice cream bar or chocolate. I'd almost whine his name knowing Amanda would be covered in whatever he gave her. All he would respond with was a huge belly laugh. Lol
I know this is long, but I wanted to give you all a small insight on how wonderful this family was.
You will be deeply missed Mary.
