Obituary of Danny Thomas

With great sadness the family announce that Danny passed away peacefully at home on Monday morning, August 31st following a hard-fought battle with cancer. Loved and cherished husband of Julie Gooddy (nee Kane). Son of Shirley Knox (Ken) and the late Gerry Thomas. Loving father of Holly (Chiao Chung) and Jesse, and step-father of Rebecca Gooddy (Aidan) and Hayden Gooddy (Sarah). Brother of the late Cheryl Thomas. Danny will be missed by his brothers Barry, David Knox (Susan) and Rob Knox, as well as his sisters Erin Knox-Nielsen (Michael) and Marny Lagrove. Danny’s final care and arrangements were entrusted to the Pilon Family Funeral Home and Chapel Ltd. 50 John Street North, Arnprior. A Graveside Tribute took place at the Malloch Road Cemetery in Arnprior on Thursday afternoon, September 3rd at 2 o’clock.
