Dear Heather and Wendy: Yours has always been a special family. This year was too devastating for all of you. I hope you can find some solace in knowing that the legacy of the closeness you all shared will live on even after the passing of your beloved parents. May they rest peacefully together. Dear Wendy, Heather and family. I am so sorry for the loss of your dad and grandfather. To lose both your parents in such a short time is truly a very hard thing. My first thought when I heard about his death was, he is with Joan now. At family events, "Buster" was always smiling and dancing. He always spoke to me and made me feel special, even though I was a great deal younger. He was special and will be missed by so many. May God grant you peace in this time of sorrow. Faye

It was sad news to learn of Busters passing. My sincere condolences to the family. He was a friendly positive person. He liked to share jokes and loved to laugh. We would meet sometimes on Remembrance day at the the National Memorial as my dad would go in the parade and Joan and Buster would have lunch with us following the ceremony. Now he will be together with Joan again. Love Gwen, cousin Ian, Corey and Jennifer Englehart.

Our deepest sympathies to Marven's family on his sudden passing. Marven and Joan welcomed us like family when we moved next door to them several years ago. We will always remember Marven's kindness and friendship in welcoming us to Almonte. He helped us out with so many things, be it picking up Tim Hortons coffee for us at Costco, or helping us fix the smoke alarm when the battery alarm went off early one Sunday morning. We will miss him dearly.
Our sincerest condolences to his family for their loss,
