Mrs. Flora Bishop will long be remembered by us as one of the earliest person who opened her house to us new immigrants. We needed encouragement and guidance and she was our mentor for which we will always be grateful.

Your mother was a table mate of my mom, Dorothy Plager, and I was lucky enough to get to meet her and learn a little about her each day during meals.
She was a compassionate and caring woman, who adored the babies who would visit and who was always gracious and kind to me and my mom.
I loved her sense of humour, her stories of nursing, and her genuine interest in others. Your mom touched my life and I feel blessed to have met this extraordinary woman.

Flora was watching the video of the Bragg family at Jeff and Sara’s wedding, she turned and commented to a guest that “ she could tell their was lots of love in the Bragg family”........I feel only a loving person would do that. The homemade muffins she made while in her nineties for the wedding rehearsal afternoon party we’re excellent!
